The HG-1 represented a true revolution in hand grinding, but we firmly believe every tool can be iterated on and improved. With the benefit of lessons learned ourselves and from our customers, we went back to the drawing board to completely redesign and re-engineer the HG-1. The result? The new gold standard of hand grinders: the HG-2.
