After careful selection of base Teak and European Maple woods, each piece is kiln-dried to below 5% moisture, cut close to form, and then submerged in an autoclave with low-viscosity monomer resin.
The vessel is pressurized to further infuse the resin into every pore of the base wood. The result is half organic, half engineered, and 100% awesome.
