Overview

Our new Base Kit lets you swap the working face of your Weber Workshops 58mm tamper to a 54mm or 49mm base - so you keep the same handle, weight, and feel, while matching the basket size of more machines in your lineup. The 49mm measures 49.50mm, the 54mm measures 53.50mm.

Note: The base kit does not include a handle or spring mechanism.

Features

54mm compatibility: Adds support for the huge 54mm ecosystem used by many Breville / Sage home machines (e.g., Barista Express/Pro/Touch, Bambino/Bambino Plus, Infuser, Duo-Temp Pro, etc.).

49mm compatibility: Adds support for classic 49mm lever machines - especially Olympia Express Cremina-era groups and La Pavoni pre-Millennium 49mm machines. (Not for La Pavoni 51mm machines made after Aug 2000.)
