Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection law, customers located in the EU or EEA are entitled to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of the order date.

Return Shipping

The direct costs of returning goods to us are to be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 calendar days. Where the returned item exhibits handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding diminished value from the refund amount.
